• Complete and submit renewal applications to carriers in a timely and accurate manner. • Request and organize loss history reports, policy documents, and any required underwriting information. • Review and confirm accuracy of all carrier quotes prior to delivery to Account Managers. • Proactively track deadlines and ensure quotes are received by the Account Manager’s specified need-by date. • Negotiate coverage terms and pricing with underwriters when necessary, under the direction of the Account Manager. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier appetite, underwriting criteria, and product offerings specific to the HOA space. • Foster strong relationships with carrier partners and act as a primary point of contact for renewal marketing communications. • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to determine the most strategic marketing approach for each renewal account. • Maintain organized documentation of submissions, quotes, and communications within the agency’s management system.
