Job Summary

We are seeking a commercially driven and technically aware Security Renewals Specialist to manage the lifecycle of cybersecurity software subscriptions and support contracts. This role requires a working understanding of enterprise security solutions such as firewalls, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and other core cybersecurity platforms, enabling you to confidently manage renewals across complex licensing environments. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and leading cybersecurity vendors to ensure timely renewals, protect recurring revenue, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

This position plays a critical role in revenue retention, forecasting accuracy, and ensuring uninterrupted security coverage for clients.

Job Description

Security Renewals Management
•    Monitor and track renewal dates for cybersecurity software subscriptions and support contracts.
•    Proactively engage customers ahead of expiry to ensure seamless renewal.
•    Prepare and submit accurate renewal quotations in a timely manner.
•    Coordinate internally with Sales, Presales, and Finance to align pricing and approvals.
•    Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline visibility.
•    Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities during renewal cycles.

Vendor & Licensing Coordination
•    Liaise with cybersecurity vendors for renewal pricing, deal support, and negotiation.
•    Manage vendor portals, entitlement validation, and contract documentation.
•    Ensure compliance with licensing terms and subscription models.
•    Support deal registration processes where applicable.

Reporting & Governance
•    Maintain renewal dashboards and monthly reporting.
•    Provide renewal forecasts and revenue projections to management.
•    Ensure SLA compliance for order placement and renewal processing.

Skill

  • 2–5+ years of experience in software renewals, IT renewals, or cybersecurity renewals.

  • Advanced organizational and deadline management skills.

    • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, and technical teams.

      Familiarity with vendors such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Security, or similar cybersecurity providers is highly desirable.

      Ability to understand:
