Overview

The Replenishment Lead is responsible for leading the replenishment strategy and execution, ensuring optimal inventory health and service levels. This role leads a team of Replenishment Analysts and is accountable for inventory planning, replenishment, and performance. The Replenishment Lead will partner closely with cross-functional Supply Chain teams, Commercial, and our Supplier Partners to proactively manage inventory health, mitigate out-of-stocks and excess inventory, improve execution, and drive continuous process improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Replenishment Analysts, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Own inventory health and end-to-end supply chain logistics execution by proactively optimizing inventory levels, service, and replenishment performance.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate out-of-stock risks through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor key inventory and replenishment metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Partner closely internal Supply Chain teams, Commercial and our Supplier Partners to align strategies and actions with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with supplier partners to improve replenishment execution, inventory visibility, and service levels.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify, standardize, and enhance replenishment processes and workflows.
  • Coordinate and manage new product introduction and special projects, from a replenishment and execution perspective.
  • Provide training and mentoring, through data-driven insights and best practices, to team members and peers.
  • Collaborate with management regarding team performance and current issues
  • Monitor, create, and analyze day-to-day creation of purchase orders using a various replenishment & purchase order system to effectively flow inventory to warehouses
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels in the market to avoid out of stocks, mitigating them proactively where they do occur, and preventing excess inventory builds.
  • Own and continuously improve Available-to-Promise (ATP) supplier programs to improve inventory accuracy and health.
  • Drive root cause analysis for inventory challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Communicate inventory risks, opportunities, and performance insights to leadership through regular reporting and business reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Progressive supply chain experience with significant exposure to replenishment, inventory planning, and logistics execution.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, advanced supply chain tools, analytics platforms, ERP systems and complex data
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain synchronization and processes
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation, including change management and adoption.
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Exceptional customer service and written/verbal communication skills

  • Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs
