We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven Resident Manager to join our luxury hospitality team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced hotel leader who is committed to delivering world-class guest experiences, developing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service.
  • Champion an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs, resolving concerns and exceeding expectations.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire department heads to achieve operational and financial objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations and quality assurance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, colleague engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability and service excellence.
  • Act as the hotel's representative in the absence of the General Manager and support key strategic initiatives.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4-8 years' leadership experience in luxury hotel operations, including experience in a senior management role.
  • Strong understanding of Rooms Division, Food & Beverage and overall hotel operations.
  • Proven leadership, coaching and people development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a guest-centric mindset.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
