Role Summary The Retail Environment Channel Specialist is responsible for ensuring the omnichannel 7Ps strategy and the execution of the JVP (Joint Value Planning). This role is critical to ensure the communication, tracking, and alignment of the plan with the commercial team. The position requires significant interaction with Customer Development, RM Experts, and Customers, directing our execution toward a highly targeted, profitable, and omnichannel strategy, thereby accelerating category growth and maximizing competitive advantage.

Main Responsibilities * 7Ps Strategies and Tactics: Develop and update retail environment strategies based on shopper insights, ensuring the implementation of the omnichannel strategy (assortment, price, POP material, planogram, promotions, e-Commerce, and CRM).

  • Execution and Monitoring: Ensure the execution and tracking of plans, working closely with sales and merchandising teams, while leading innovations to drive category growth.
  • Performance and KPIs: Establish objectives and KPIs for all categories, monitoring sell-in, sell-out, market share, and ROI for all commercial investments.
  • Market Analysis: Anticipate competitor movements through benchmarking and respond proactively with specific channel tactics.
  • Investment Management: Optimize Trade Marketing investments by defining priorities by customer, region, and category, ensuring correct resource allocation and monitoring GTN (Gross-to-Net) and margins.
  • Commercial Planning (H&S): Support financial planning in P&L control and ensure that investment strategies support the Go-to-Market (GTM) approach.

Required Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Language: Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in Commercial or Trade Marketing roles within the consumer goods industry (CPG/FMCG).
  • Tools: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience with the Supermarket channel.

  • Experience in Business Planning and Execution.
  • Expertise in investment management and Trade Marketing budget control.
  • Proficiency in market analysis tools (Nielsen, IMS, GFK, or Kantar).
