Our charity shops thrive on the generosity of the public, who donate a wide variety of items, from clothes and homeware to books, CDs, and DVDs. As a volunteer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring we offer high-quality items at affordable prices, making a real difference in the lives of those we support. 

 

What You'll Do: 

Treasure Hunting: Dive into donations to uncover hidden gems and high-quality brands. 

Preparation: Check, hang, steam, size, and price items to get them ready for sale. 

Customer Service: Engage with shoppers on the shop floor, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. 

Till Operation: Handle transactions and assist customers with their purchases. 

Housekeeping: Help maintain a clean and tidy shop, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for everyone.
