We are looking for a detail-oriented Rewards & HR Operations Specialist to support rewards administration and HR operations across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will help ensure accurate delivery of benefits, smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, reliable HR data management, and reporting that supports continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer benefits-related processes, including the preparation, activation, and closure of employee benefits, in line with company policies and internal procedures.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities related to rewards, benefits, systems, and HR operational processes.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and consistency across records and reports.
- Support rewards & benefits processes through data preparation, validation, reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Prepare, review, and interpret recurring and ad hoc reports related to rewards, benefits, headcount, employee movements, and other HR metrics, identifying inconsistencies, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR systems, reports, and workflows.
- Maintain basic payroll knowledge in order to understand payroll-related data, validate inputs, and coordinate effectively with payroll stakeholders, without being responsible for payroll calculation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in rewards, benefits, HR operations, or a similar role
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Basic knowledge of payroll concepts and payroll-related data flows.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand reports, systems, and data.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to process improvements.
