You shape progress. We protect it. Role OverviewDue to continued growth across our European operations, we are seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to join our project team in Vaasa, Finland. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading all roofing works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to Crown's exceptional quality standards. This position operates on a 3-week rotation, with company-paid flights, accommodation and travel provided. Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage all roofing installation activities on site. • Plan, coordinate and supervise roofing subcontractors and direct labour. • Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications, programme requirements and quality standards. • Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with company Health & Safety policies and local regulations. • Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment to maximise productivity. • Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure all works comply with project requirements. • Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Quality and Health & Safety teams. • Review construction drawings, technical details and installation sequences. • Monitor progress against programme and implement recovery plans where required. • Attend coordination meetings and provide regular progress updates. • Manage site documentation, daily reports and completion records. • Identify technical issues and develop practical solutions to maintain programme
