We are hiring Rooms Manager

 

As Rooms Manager,We rely on you to:

 

  • Supervise the overall operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Laundry, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards through regular inspections and quality control.
  • Manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and control operational costs, including budgeting and expense monitoring.
  • Oversee guest service standards, handle complaints, and implement improvements to enhance overall guest experience.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., Engineering, Food & Beverage) to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Lead, train, and supervise staff across front desk and housekeeping teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to hotel protocols.

 

We are looking for someone who: 

 

  • Has minimum 2 years' experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity.
  • Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in English for effective guest communication and interdepartmental coordination.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and crisis response skills to ensure smooth operations during emergencies.
  • Professional appearance, guest-centric mindset, attention to detail, and high stress tolerance.
  • Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., OPERA, PMS); well-versed in housekeeping SOPs, revenue management, and cost control.
