Job Title: AMECA S&I Deal Team Leader

At Alstom, we build what millions depend on daily - rail transportation systems that can’t afford to fail. We’re more than 85 000 people worldwide creating the industry’s most diverse portfolio: high-speed trains, metros, trams, maintenance services and integrated systems.

More than a job: a mission

We’re looking for an S&I Deal Team Leader to shape and lead strategic deals across the AMECA region. This is a high-impact role at the heart of business growth, driving opportunities from early strategy to execution handover.

You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: delivering smarter and greener mobility worldwide.

Your role, your impact

• Lead and orchestrate deal teams from Business Opportunity Review (BOR) to Tender Transfer Meeting (TTM)
• Define and maintain capture strategies, including value proposition, scope, and pricing targets
• Analyze market dynamics, client needs, and competitive positioning
• Promote and align capture strategies with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive negotiation and deal closure in line with approved mandates
• Manage key milestones, approvals, and overall deal lifecycle governance
• Secure advance payments and Notice to Proceed (NTP)
• Ensure smooth transition of deals to execution teams
• Capture and share lessons learned to improve future performance

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across regions, platforms, and leadership functions - solving complex commercial challenges that directly shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in sales, business development, or deal management
• Strong understanding of value propositions, pricing strategies, and market dynamics
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and risk management
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Project management certification is a plus

How success is measured

• Effectiveness and competitiveness of capture strategies
• On-time delivery of key deal milestones and approvals
• Quality and success rate of negotiated deals
• Stakeholder alignment and satisfaction
• Smooth transition of projects to execution teams

Alstom, a great place to grow

• Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
• Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
• Contribute to innovative projects
• Utilise our cooperative working environment
• Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
• Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning
• Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage

Here, progress isn’t always easy - the scale is massive, the tasks are complex - but the impact is real. Because when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects - that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.
