Job Overview

関東地区の自動車メーカー(OEM)への当社製品 及び 開発提案によるセールス活動。
・ 顧客の全てのニーズを調査し、社内開発部門と連携した顧客への新規開発提案を行う。
・ 顧客への売込み活動を通じて、新規ビジネスを獲得し、継続した売上/利益の拡大を目指す。
・ 競合製品のベンチマーク、顧客の情報収集、車両分解展示等から新しい技術や製品提案に繋がる内容を立案する。
・ 製品開発においては、社内コアチームへ情報提供を行い、開発から量産納入までのトータルマネジメントをリードする。
・ 顧客に密着した対応、製品展示会、工場見学を企画し、顧客満足度の向上、売上およびビジネスシェアの拡大に繋げる。
・ 海外拠点と連絡を密に行い、情報の共有化と連携の強化により、グローバルでより良いサービスを顧客に提供する。
・ 営業戦略の提案・立案

What your background should look like:

【応募資格】

・ 学歴：大卒以上
・ 語学：日本語 - 母国語レベル（ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
　　　　　　英語 - 中級程度以上（目安TOEIC600点、または相応の実力）
・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）
・ 普通自動車運転免許

 

【業務経験】

<必須条件>

・ 自動車業界または電子部品メーカーで営業として5年以上の実務経験
・ 社内関係部門と連携し積極的に業務遂行ができる方 （明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性）
・ 変化を恐れずに問題解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
・ 顧客との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方
・ 業務に対する積極的な姿勢（待つのではなく取りに行く）および自己管理能力

・ 業界を問わずコネクタの営業経験がある方
・ 業務、日常会話レベルの英語力がある方
・ チームワークで業務を遂行されてきた方
