Missions
As a SAP BFC Administrator Apprentice, you will support the administration, reliability and continuous improvement of our financial reporting tools (SAP BFC). You will contribute to monthly and quarterly closings, assist users, and help implement system changes to ensure high‑quality financial data.
1. Operational Support
- Manage user access according to internal procedures and audit requirements.
- Operation tasks related to SAP FC application: Finance +, Bird and Lease reporting management (packages, FX tables, consolidation definition tables, interface activation for closing periods)
- Finance+, Bird, Lease and FIM user assistance with various stakeholders
2. Change requests on Finance+, Bird, Lease and FIM tools
- Contribute to business needs analysis
- Assist with configuration, testing, and production deployment of changes.
- Ensure updates and follow‑up in Jira.
3. Documentation
- Maintain up to date documentation of application and process
Skills & Requirements
- Currently enrolled in M1 or M2 of the MIAGE diploma (Méthodes Informatiques Appliquées à la Gestion des Entreprises) or an equivalent Master’s degree combining Information Systems, Finance and Business Management.
- A first exposure to ERP tools (SAP, SAP FC / BFC) is a strong asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; good knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial consolidation principles.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
