Your Role

Configure and implement SAP RE-FX solutions for lease administration, contract management, and property management processes.
Analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and translate requirements into effective SAP RE-FX configurations.
Manage lease agreements, acquisitions, disposals, and related financial and compliance processes.
Collaborate with finance, legal, business, and technical teams to support integrations, testing, and system enhancements.
Provide production support, user training, reporting solutions, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

5+ years of experience as an SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant with expertise in Lease Management, Contract Administration, Property Management, and Real Estate Financial Processes.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration, lease contracts, acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management, and financial reporting.
Good knowledge of SAP FI, FI-AA, and integration with related modules to support end-to-end real estate operations.
Experienced in implementation, support, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and business process optimization.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.
