About the role : We're hiring a Technical SEO Specialist to own the health, visibility, and performance of our multilingual web properties. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — you'll work directly with engineering and marketing to build a scalable SEO foundation across our global digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibility : • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive the resolution of identified issues across the website.
• Manage and maintain robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, pagination logic, and other core technical SEO elements. • Architect and optimize internal linking structures and URL hierarchies for a multi-locale website. • Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot hreflang across all language and regional variants to ensure accurate international targeting. • Own and improve Core Web Vitals performance, including LCP, CLS, and INP, across key landing pages. • Partner closely with developers to deliver front-end performance optimizations and improve overall site speed. • Run ongoing benchmarking and diagnostics using industry-standard SEO and performance tools. • Implement and maintain structured data using JSON-LD across all relevant page types. • Strengthen brand entity signals to support visibility in Google’s Knowledge Graph and other search ecosystems. • Maintain semantic HTML best practices to improve Crawlability, Indexing, and Machine Readability for both search engines and AI systems. • Develop and execute international SEO strategies across active markets, working closely with content and localisation teams on region-specific targeting. • Monitor crawl budget, indexation health, and site architecture to ensure strong technical site health and efficient search engine access. • Manage Google Search Console across all domains and regional properties, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly. • Configure and maintain GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager consistently across all domains. • Report on key SEO performance metrics, including impressions, CTR, rankings, indexation, and organic conversion attribution. • Develop strategies to strengthen visibility in AI-curated search results, answer engines, and emerging search experiences. • Ensure content, technical signals, and entity optimisation are aligned with evolving search engine and AI discovery trends.
