Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Shipping & Receiving Teams perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties. They use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting incoming and outgoing shipments. They follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements. The Shipping & Receiving Teams receive incoming materials and prepare materials for shipment. They process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents. They also route merchandise to destinations.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties.( รับผิดชอบทั้งด้านการปฎิบัติงานในพื้นที่และระบบของส่วนขาออกและขาเข้า
  • Follows shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements.  ( ปฎิบัตืตามระเบียบ วิธีการทำงาน รับของและส่งออกของ วิธีการขนส่ง และ การร้องขออื่นๆ )
  • Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment. ( ทำการรับสินค้าเข้าคลัง หรือ ทำการส่งออกสินค้า )
  • Processes bills, packing sheets, and other documents ( จัดทำเอกสารเก็บเงิน บันทึกการจัดทำหีบห่อ และเอกสารอื่นๆ )
  • Is responsible to perform main job.
  • Is responsible to ensure the accuracy of stock.
  • Is responsible to ensure the quality of storage goods, report any non-conformance from outside suppliers of the outside.
  • Is responsible to monitoring and recording to ERP
  • Is responsible to perform task under the safety rule

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 1-4 years work experience in this field
  • Kind and trustful personality
  • Analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Computer knowledge (MS-office)
  • Basic English skill
  • Forklift driving with license (optional)
