Job Overview

自動車電装部品（コネクタ）用組立設備の設計提案・改善を行う仕事です。
設備のパフォーマンス向上をミッションとし、常に改善のマインドセットを持ちながら業務の遂行をしていきます。
1. 組立既存工程・技術改善に責任を持つ
2. 新製品/ローカリゼーションプロジェクトの試行、DOE、WI、フローチャート、FMEAなどを担当します。
3. 組立生産のトラブル対応を担当
4. 部門横断的なチームや海外拠点と連携して組立技術を共有する
5. 部門横断チームと海外成形現場と連携して組立プロジェクトに対応
1．マシンのダウンタイムの削減
2．サイクルタイムの短縮、効率の向上。
3．OEE % の削減、機械稼働率および TEEP の改善
4．COPQ/スクラップ削減に関する品質改善、顧客からの苦情の根本原因と対策…
5．変換生産性の向上
6．能力の拡大、ローカリゼーションおよび維持 / インソーシングプロジェクトの実施。

Job Requirements

  • ・ 学歴：・学歴：大学(高専)卒以上
    ・専攻：電子電気機械専攻
    ・PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point）
    ・ 語学：日本語 - 母国語レベル（ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
    　　　　　　英語 - 英語に抵抗感なく、意欲的に学ぶ意思があれば。

What your background should look like

・自動機の設計や改造のご経験、または量産設備の保全業務に従事していた方
・3D/2D CADの使用経験
・業務に対してやる気をもって前向きに取り組む姿勢と責任感
・PCスキル(Microsoft Office [EXCEL, Word, Power Point])
