Contributes to operational strategy, develops organization to support the strategy, manages and develops a complex organization with multiple sub-functions.

Providing expertise in resolving key, complex issues related to the function.
Determining the best course of action to resolve technical issues and meet determined schedules.
Interacting with customers and suppliers to develop an external network within the industry.
Ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
