(v) Keep contact with function team and provide regular progress report and issues to PJM.
(vi) Initiate and organize project kick off / close meeting, summarize the pros and cons to prepare for next project.
(vii) Coordinate first production order to ensure first order run smoothly
(Viii) Initiate and organize the monthly project progress review meeting with team
(ix) Prepare new project monthly progress report
(xi) Facilitate the project to move forward when project is pended by bottleneck in order to ensure the new project successfully completed.

Process Improvement recommendation & implementation                                                                    

Find company procedure and process improvement opportunities related with new projects and provide improvement proposal and facilitate the proposal to take effect in order to improve new project management efficiency

Bachelor’s degree or above

Minimum 3 years of project management experience

Fluent in spoken English; able to use English as a working language
