Job Requirements

トラック・バス、建機・農機関連のお客様の要望・仕様を理解し、顧客と社内の営業・マーケティング部門と連携をとりながら、革新性と市場での優位性を持ったコネクタ等の電気接続部品を設計、商品化していただきます。性能、品質、コストに優れた新製品を提供することを通じ、世界に貢献することを目指します。

具体的には:

端子およびコネクタの製品設計・開発業務（CAD操作、CAE解析、図面および技術文書の作成、顧客への報告、設計検証、試作品の評価など含む)

What your background should look like

【応募資格】

・ 学歴：大卒（高専）以上　　
・ 専攻：理工学部（電気/電子/機械など）

【業務経験】

<必須条件>

・ 5年以上のコネクタ設計経験、3D CAD操作能力、製図知識
・ 新製品開発に携わった経験
・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）

< 歓迎条件>

・ 自動車関連、建設機械・農業機械・トラック/バスメーカーへの電子部品の技術経験がある方
・ 英語力：TOEIC470点相当以上
　メールや会議等で使用。海外出張もあります。
　※現在の英語力が初級でも、英語学習への向上心がある方であれば歓迎いたします 
・FMEA、FTA実施スキル
