Job Requirements

・データ通信機器・コンスーマー製品向け電子部品（コネクタ）の開発に伴う、コンセプト提案、詳細設計、試作から量産立ち上げに至る関連業務。
・最先端の高速(224Gbps+)信号伝送コネクタの開発
・国外の顧客へ新規デザインの提案、技術サポートの提供
・社内国内/国外チームとの調整/共同開発
・プラントおよびサプライヤーとの技術指導/交渉/調整/品質改善活動

What your background should look like

【学歴】
・学歴：大学(高専)卒以上
・専攻：理工学部（電気/電子/機械など）
・語学：日本語 - 母国語レベル（ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
　　　　　　英語 - 中級程度以上（目安TOEIC650点以上、または相応の実力）、２次と３次面接は英語で行います。
　　　　　　　　　※取引先を含む海外拠点と、日常的に電話・メールによる技術対話、情報交換と会議の機会があります。
・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）

【必須経験】
・電気/電子部品メーカーでの製品開発、設計業務（精密機械/機構設計）に関して5年以上の実務経験
・特定の技術だけでなく、新しい技術を取り入れ開発をリードできる積極性と柔軟性を持っている方 (または、その意欲と資質がある方)
・英語での業務遂行経験
・会議等の場面で積極的に意見を発信できる方
