Job Overview

Designs a complete and complex framework, system, or product. Define processes for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility. Conceives system interfaces and business application prototypes. Identifies, analyzes and resolves system design weaknesses. Influences the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems

Responsibilities:
1. Testing Standard Confirm
Confirm testing standard with customers and conduct feasibility analysis in order to provide accurate reports to meet customers requirement.

2. Testing Standard Update
Collect related global testing standard information, and transfer this information/customer requirement to internal testing standard in order to meet business development requirements.

3. Deliver Training
Conduct trainings and deliver testing methods to testers in order to improve testers' skills.

4. Testing Result Analysis
Analyze testing result in order to provide accurate reports to meet customers requirement.

5. Laboratory Equipment Operation Methods and TPM
Draft laboratory equipment operation methods and monitor high speed testing equipment operation in order to improve laboratory Equipment Operation efficiency.

6. Testing Development
Provide testing technical analysis support to improve manufacturing engineering process; research communication potential products opportunities and conduct feasibility analysis and provide feedback to supervisor in order to meet business development requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualification
1. College diploma with electronic application major
2. five years high speed testing working experience or fresh
3. Fluent in English
4. Programming: C+, Python

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
