Job Requirements

饭堂管理
为确保膳食的安全供应
1.负责饭堂供应商的管理，确保供应商行为合法合规；
2.负责每月餐费的结算；
3.定期召开伙食委员会会议，听取员工代表意见，跟进改善行动：
4.定期对饭堂供应商厨房进行检查，确保作业环境的卫生和食品安全；
5.准确报餐，确保每天伙食足量供应；"

为确保公司工作环境的5S达标
1.公司清洁外包供应商的管理，确保供应商行为合法合规；
2.跟进清洁公司的5S定期保养项目；
3.根据实际需要安排进行灭鼠灭蚊清扫行动；
4.保洁工作的费用结算及控制；"
"保安队伍管理
为确保公司财物的安全
1.对保安队伍进行管理，确保保安职责得以实施；
"车辆管理
为确保满足公司员工的用车需求
1.进行司机队伍及车辆的管理；
2.及时、准确统计各项车辆耗费"

为丰富员工的业余生活，主导或协助公司/工会开展各项文体活动或比赛"

1.负责重要访客（客户、合作伙伴、高管等）的现场接待与引导
2.规范前台及接待区域形象（整洁、物料、指引标识）
3.提供标准化接待服务（如茶水、会议准备、陪同引导）

为确保日常办公用品的及时供应及费用的有效控制
1.定期统计各部门的文具需求，并及时购买和派发；
2.购买办公用品和控制各项费用的支出；"

负责行政相关模块（安保、访客、环境与设施等）符合EHS/RBA要求，统筹审核准备、现场配合、资料合规及问题整改闭环，确保审计顺利通过。"

What your background should look like

本科学历，人力资源或行政管理专业，5年以上工厂行政工作经验，需具备2年或以上管理经验。
能用英语作为工作语言。原则性强，良好的沟通技巧，有一定的应急事件处理能力。善于督导现场工作并提供知道意见。
