Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The mission of the Secretary to SVP/VP is to assist them on administrative task and daily
communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support assigned SVP/VP in team communication management, including but not
limited to function all employee meeting, DR meeting.
- Support SVP/VP in team activities management, including but not limited to
function teambuilding, restricted meeting room boking etc.
- Support SVP/VP in business related visitors management.
- Support SVP/VP in business related presentation formatting & editing when
needed.
- Support SVP/VP to manage and maintain the department filing system to
make sure all documents are maintained or released in time and accurately.
- Assist SVP/VP to manage the Online approval when needed
- Manage business related Calendar for SVP/VP to make sure they can have a
proper daily schedule that is well planned and managed
- Support SVP/VP on Travel & expense management and company car management
- Other ad hoc business related and reasonable tasks assigned by leaders, including but not
limited to SLT conference or meeting logistic support.
