Safe Truck Parking Yard Attendant

• Ensures that security measures are in place and functional Monitors and enforces parking lot rules • Routinely removes trash and debris from the lot and cleans facilities as needed. • Provides excellent service to customers as needed • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor • Must be able to perform basic computer skills • Positive attitude/high integrity Able to operate equipment connected with maintaining the lot and facilities • Performs other duties as assigned. • Must be available overnights and weekends • Supports yard manager Required Experience: • High School Degree (GED), some college preferred • Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written • Excellent interpersonal skills • Bilingual skills a plus.
