Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the wellness or healthcare space, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering client success.

Responsibilities • Onboard new clients or patients and ensure a smooth, seamless transition into services • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining high-touch communication • Build long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive support • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize client value • Conduct consultative sales calls, virtual demos, and service consultations tailored to client needs • Manage a full-cycle sales pipeline—from prospecting and qualification to close and handoff • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and client information in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging while staying informed on market trends and client needs
