Sales Associate (TAIWAN)
Apply NowDuties/Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; • Negotiate and close agreements; maintain old business and acquire new clients; • Develop trusted relationships with key IB, and community; Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value; • Achieve the monthly set target; • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to client needs and objectives; • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders; • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas; • Forecast and track key clients metrics (e.g. monthly deposit/top-up results and quarterly forecasts); • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory; • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
