As a Sales Associate at St Germaine Estate, you will support the onsite sales team and be the welcoming first point of contact for customers as they begin their home‑buying journey. This permanent, full‑time role is based on site in Clyde North and offers a Tuesday to Saturday roster, providing consistency, structure and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers while contributing to a vibrant, growing community.

Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a welcoming, organised and supportive experience. This role suits someone who is confident balancing customer interaction with strong administration, enjoys working onsite as part of a close‑knit sales team, and is motivated to support customers through each stage of their buying journey at St Germaine Estate in Clyde North.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the onsite sales team and delivering a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to settlement.

You will:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the sales office
• Support the end to end sales process, including enquiry management, contracts and settlements
• Manage database administration, documentation and customer records using CRM systems
• Maintain the presentation of the sales office, displays and digital listings
• Assist with inventory management and stocklists
• Support marketing and community events, both onsite and offsite
• Work collaboratively with Sales Professionals and internal stakeholders to support sales outcomes

This role sits within Stockland’s Communities Sales team and contributes directly to creating positive customer experiences and strong community connections.

You enjoy working in customer‑focused environments and take pride in being organised, reliable and approachable. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks, enjoy supporting others, and are looking for a role that combines people interaction with structured administration in a professional setting.

• Experience in a customer service, sales or service‑based role
• Strong administrative, organisational and time‑management skills
• Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft applications
