Sales Consultant Square One Property Developers Ltd Location: Limassol, Cyprus (on-site, with site and showroom visits) Reports to: Head of Sales Employment type: Full-time, permanent (base + commission)

Role Summary Our Sales Consultants are the front line of Square One — converting qualified leads into committed buyers across our portfolio of off-plan developments. This is a target-driven, client-facing role for an ambitious sales professional with strong commercial instincts and the ability to build trust with both local Cypriot buyers and international investors. You will own the buyer journey end-to-end, from first contact through reservation and contract signing.

Key Responsibilities • Convert inbound and broker-sourced leads into reservations and signed contracts across Square One's active project pipeline

• Conduct site visits, showroom presentations, and remote presentations for international clients (UK, Israel, GCC, Eastern Europe)

• Build and maintain a personal pipeline using the company CRM, with disciplined follow-up and accurate stage tracking

• Develop deep product knowledge across each project — pricing, layouts, finishes, completion dates, payment plans, legal structure

• Negotiate within approved pricing parameters and escalate non-standard requests to the Head of Sales

• Coordinate with the legal team on reservation agreements, contracts, and buyer onboarding

• Maintain strong relationships with referral partners, brokers, and repeat investors

• Provide market feedback to the leadership team on pricing, demand signals, and competitive positioning

• Hit and exceed individual quarterly sales targets
