We are currently seeking applications for the position of Sales Executive. This position is based in our Shatin office.

 

Key Responsibility

  • Respond promptly to incoming enquiries (email, phone, referrals) and identify sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers to introduce services.
  • Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships through regular engagement.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close sales in line with company guidelines.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct onsite surveys and prepare proposals, quotations, and order confirmations accurately.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to clients.
  • Maintain updated sales records, pipelines, and activity reports.

 

Requirement

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience preferred; experience in B2B services or logistics/records management is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Able to work during occasional late hours when required.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
