Possible Tasks within this Role

• Sales: Performs sales of new Volkswagen vehicles.
• Customer Relationship: Establishes contacts with potential and existing clients.
• Needs Analysis: Identifies customer needs and purchasing motives.
• Product Presentation: Presents digital products and services.
• Advisory: Informs and advises potential and existing clients regarding vehicle sales.
• Test Drive: Organizes and conducts test drives.
• Negotiation: Negotiates purchase and delivery terms with clients.
• After Sales: Maintains contact with clients after vehicle delivery.
• Finance Insurance: Presents financing and insurance offers in line with company policies.
• CRM Management: Regularly updates databases of clients and interested buyers.
• Market Monitoring: Tracks trends and changes in the local market and proposes activities to superiors.
• Operations Support: Participates in the implementation of marketing, promotional, logistics, and other activities.

Qualification requirements

• Education: Secondary school education (Level IV qualification, equivalent to a four-year secondary education in economics, law, or a related field).
• LanguageSkills: Knowledge of English and/or German.
• TechnicalSkills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in the same or similar roles.
• DrivingLicense: Valid Category B driver’s license.
• WorkApproach: Proactive approach to work and respect for hierarchical procedures and work processes.
