Role Summary: 

As the Sales Data Analytics Expert for the Andean Region, you will report to the Customer Development Services Manager to drive regional transformation through advanced analytics and automated Business Intelligence reporting. This exciting role serves as a dedicated AI Champion, streamlining core workflows and deploying innovative data processes to elevate overall company performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design high-impact dashboards that guide strategic business decisions and optimize revenue recognition. This position offers the opportunity to lead significant digitalization projects while directly influencing the organic growth visibility for the managing team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Andean Analytics Plan by streamlining reporting processes and automating visualizations in Domo and Sigma to ensure global standardization and operational efficiency.
  • Drive Regional Transformation and Automation as the AI Champion, spearheading high-impact projects that accelerate digital transformation and enable data-driven, timely business decisions.
  • Manage Strategic Planning and Forecasting by consolidating sales estimates to project organic growth, leading the weekly SLE x CDT process, and overseeing the deployment and governance of the regional Daily Flash Report.
  • Govern Regional Master Data and Compliance, ensuring data integrity for SOX audits and managing the Call Value System (CVS) within Salesforce to maintain high governance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to guarantee platform reliability and performance, streamlining commercial workflows to enable timely decision-making and operational excellence

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in data analytics, insights, or a related professional field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel and SQL
  • Demonstrated experience in advanced AI usage and application.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Specialization or Master’s Degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
  • Experience in Data Science methodologies and Python programming.
