We are hiring a Sales Development Associate responsible for reviewing, contacting, and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and passing them to the sales team. The ideal candidate will also identify and close B2B opportunities over the phone, helping drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
• Proactively engaging and qualifying inbound leads to determine fit and sales readiness. • Conducting outbound prospecting to identify and generate new sales opportunities. • Following up consistently with all leads through calls, emails, and CRM workflows to ensure timely engagement and conversion. • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress within the CRM to support seamless pipeline tracking and team collaboration. • Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
