Job SummaryWe are looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in both Arabic and English to support outbound sales and lead generation efforts for a growing renewable energy business. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in renewable energy, solar, clean technology, sustainability, utilities, or adjacent industries. You will play a key role in identifying qualified prospects, booking meetings, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline across Arabic-speaking and English-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups. • Identify and qualify potential clients within the renewable energy and sustainability sectors. • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives and senior sales team members. • Build and manage prospect lists using CRM platforms and sales tools. • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, notes, and reporting within the CRM. • Engage with decision-makers professionally in both Arabic and English. • Research companies, market trends, and energy industry developments. • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. • Consistently achieve activity and meeting-setting KPIs.
