We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our expansion across MENA region. Requirements: • Drive business development and revenue growth across the MENA region; • Craft and execute regional sales strategies aligned with QUALCO’s vision; • Engage with C-level executives to deliver compelling ROI-driven value propositions; • Identify new business opportunities through networking, events, and strategic partnerships; • Maintain deep knowledge of QUALCO’s solutions and market trends; • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure; • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction; • Represent QUALCO at industry conferences and thought leadership events; • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy; • Actively ensuring compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all applicable regulations, identifying and reporting potential risks related to bribery and corruption, and promoting ethical behavior by participating in and encouraging continuous training and awareness initiatives.
