Guide students through their first steps with financial markets on demo and real accounts, increase engagement, support them in their practical sessions and more. 🧠About the Role • Contact new leads and students via calls, messaging apps, email, and other channels • Demonstrate strong knowledge of company and partner products/services • Guide users through account opening and deposit processes on trading platforms • Educate on benefits of real vs. demo accounts to drive conversions • Build trust and motivate students to become active traders • Follow communication standards and approved sales scripts • Accurately manage and update data in the CRM system • Track and respond to student interactions across multiple channels • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and experts to improve conversion rates • Analyze user behavior and engagement to optimize sales strategies • Provide feedback to enhance student experience and conversion funnel • Conduct group webinars and promote additional products/features • Support various sales and operational tasks within the team
