The Sales role plays a key part in supporting AYANA Cruises’ growth strategy by driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and maximizing profitability. Reporting directly to the Cruise Manager, this position requires strong product knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to build long-term business partnerships while ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments.

Responsibilities• Report directly to the Cruise Manager regarding all day-to-day Sales activities • Fully understand boat product knowledge and unique selling points • Forecast, analyze, and prepare reports on sales performance and profit results • Maintain regular communication with key market contacts, including site inspections and sales calls • Liaise closely with relevant hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient trip booking communication
