About the RoleSizanid Staffing is seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Manager (Events) to join our team in Ghana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading event sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, managing event budgets, and developing impactful corporate and job seeker-focused events that strengthen brand visibility and generate business opportunities. Key Responsibilities• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. • Develop and execute strategic event sales plans tailored toward job seekers, corporate organizations, and HR industry stakeholders. • Create and manage event sales budgets while ensuring strict adherence to approved financial plans and profitability goals. • Plan and coordinate revenue-generating events including webinars, seminars, career fairs, networking sessions, and virtual engagements. • Forecast event sales revenue, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve profitability and attendance. • Develop and organize high-level corporate engagement events targeted at Managing Directors, CEOs, HR Managers, and other business leaders to showcase the company’s HR and recruitment solutions. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations within the HR and events ecosystem. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and long-term business growth. • Develop effective vendor management and negotiation strategies to ensure quality service delivery within budget. • Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market analysis reports to support strategic business decisions. • Ensure all events are professionally executed, revenue-focused, and aligned with organizational objectives.
