Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-driven Sales Operations & Business Performance Analyst to support branch-level financial governance, forecasting, and performance tracking. This role will act as the central coordination point across departments — consolidating forecasts, monitoring billing and backlog, tracking KPI performance, and presenting business insights to senior management. The ideal candidate combines strong Excel expertise with commercial awareness and the confidence to work closely with department heads and leadership teams.

Job Description

Forecasting & Financial Performance Management
•    Consolidate monthly and quarterly forecasts from all departments into a master branch performance sheet.
•    Track and report on:
•    Order inflow vs. target
•    Revenue booked vs. target
•    Backlog billed vs. target
•    Monitor billing trends and backlog movement on a monthly and quarterly basis.
•    Maintain full-year plan tracking vs. actual performance.
•    Highlight risks, variances, and gaps to target with clear analysis.

Reporting
•    Prepare structured monthly performance dashboards (Excel) for senior management.
•    Present consolidated business numbers during monthly review meetings.
•    Ensure clarity, accuracy, and data consistency across all reports.
•    Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Process Governance & KPI Compliance
•    Track departmental KPIs and ensure reporting discipline.
•    Monitor order placement SLA compliance across departments.
•    Ensure deal registration processes are completed and documented.
•    Follow-up with department heads to ensure process adherence and timely submissions.

Cross-Functional Coordination
•    Work closely with Department Heads and Operations Head to collect and validate data.
•    Ensure alignment between forecasting, billing, and operational execution.
•    Act as the branch-level performance control function.

Skill

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Commercial Finance, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, backlog management, and revenue tracking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior management.
  • High level of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Ability to enforce reporting discipline across multiple stakeholders.
