Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

The Associate Operations Analyst provides operational and quality assurance support across key stages of the order-to-cash process, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Review executed contracts and validate CRM data to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policies and Sarbanes-Oxley controls
  • Process sales orders for validated contracts, including subsequent changes or corrections
  • Analyze contracts approaching renewal to identify data issues, risks, and opportunities for Sales
  • Resolve internal and external inquiries related to invoicing, collections, permissioning, sales credit, and revenue recognition by coordinating with Finance, Sales, and Client Services
  • Maintain accurate client and transaction data in Salesforce, proactively driving data integrity and consistency
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving data quality, operational efficiency, transparency, and accuracy
  • Process closed contracts and opportunities through booked-verification workflows within Salesforce
  • Manage contracts and associated client entitlement data, including subscriptions managed through Salesforce CPQ

About the Team

The Sales Operations team supports the global Sales organization and the broader Moody’s Analytics business throughout the lead-to-cash process. The team partners closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurately executed, booked, and renewed in compliance with internal policies and external requirements. As part of a collaborative and globally connected team, this role contributes directly to enabling business strategy execution while delivering a high standard of service to clients and internal partners.
