Possible Tasks within this Role

• Coordination: Acts as the central point of contact with the manufacturer for all planning-related matters, consolidating data and feedback from all markets within Porsche West Balkan (PWB).
• Planning: Leads planning processes and scope definition (production, sales, and deliveries), monitors target achievement through regular evaluations, and provides analytical support by consolidating sales results, forecasts, and quota planning for PWB markets.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensures alignment of plans with manufacturer requirements, monitors vehicle availability and delivery timelines, regularly reports key performance indicators (sales, deliveries, stock), and controls data entry and accuracy in relevant systems.
• Communication: Coordinates between the dealer network, internal team, and the manufacturer, ensuring timely exchange and alignment of all relevant information.
• Flexibility: Takes on additional tasks within the Porsche West Balkan (PWB) Sales Department as needed, in line with business priorities and requirements.
• Ethics & Compliance: Acts and behaves in accordance with applicable legal compliance guidelines, internal rules, and compliance policies of the Employer, Porsche Holding Salzburg, Porsche West Balkan, and the Volkswagen Group, as well as the Code of Conduct and core values of integrity.

Qualification requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in the same or similar roles.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (advanced level) and Power BI.
• Driving License: Valid Category B driver’s license.
