The RoleThe Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving the revenue performance of the sales team. This is a player-coach role: you lead by example, close deals yourself when needed, and simultaneously develop a team of sales agents to hit individual and team revenue targets. You own daily sales operations, coach agents on scripts and objection handling, and partner with management to refine offers, sequences, and strategies. Rejuvacare's product line includes RejuvaKnee, FootRenew, RejuvaFlow, and OzemPatch, all targeting adults experiencing chronic pain or mobility challenges. The sales team is a direct growth engine: converting inbound and outbound leads into customers, maximizing order value through consultative upselling, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to genuinely helping people. This role demands a competitive mindset balanced with authentic customer care.

What You Will Own Team Performance and Revenue Leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales agents to hit individual and team revenue targets. Tracking and reporting daily metrics: conversion rate, average order value, upsell take rate, and revenue per agent per shift. Identifying underperforming agents and implementing structured improvement plans with clear timelines and expectations. Holding daily or weekly team huddles to review performance, share wins, and address challenges.

Coaching and Development Listening to recorded calls and live-monitoring agents, providing real-time coaching and feedback on pitch delivery, objection handling, and closing techniques. Collaborating with management to update and optimize sales scripts and offer sequences based on performance data and customer feedback. Owning the onboarding experience for new sales hires, including script training, product knowledge, and call handling standards. Developing agents into consistent performers who can close independently without constant oversight.

Ethical Sales Standards Ensuring all sales interactions comply with Hyprwork's ethical standards: customers must genuinely benefit from the product being recommended. Positioning upsells, bundles, and the RejuvaCare+ membership program in a consultative, non-pushy manner that matches the customer's actual needs. Escalating product complaints or unusual refund patterns to the appropriate team. Working with CS and Retention teams to reduce post-sale churn by ensuring the initial sale sets accurate expectations.
