Sales Team Leader (Real Estate)

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Senior Sales Consultants • Set team sales targets and ensure high-performance delivery • Optimize sales processes, conversion ratios, and customer journeys • Analyze funnel metrics and track KPIs for continuous improvement • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead generation strategies and campaigns • Ensure outstanding customer service and handle escalations when needed • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and ensure CRM accuracy • Coordinate with finance, legal, CRM, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely closures
