The Sales manager will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the entire home-buying journey. Key Responsibilities• Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and walk-ins • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits • Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline • Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly conversion targets • Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio • Build strong relationships and provide consultative selling approach • Handle negotiations within approved discount frameworks • Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
