Job Propose :

To execute end-to-end recruitment processes for salesforce and outsourced manpower across Mobility, Home Business, and XL Center, ensuring timely fulfillment, quality hiring, reporting and efficient deployment in line with business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Execution & Monitoring

* Sourcing support, maintain database and candidate invitation (psikotes, interview, online training).
* Manage high-volume hiring for field sales and frontliner positions.
* Ensure timely manpower fulfillment based on approved headcount.

2. Special Project Recruitment

* Career Day, Referral Day, Vendor/DOP Competition.
* Fulfillment process and tools improvement.

3. DOP/Vendor Coordination, DOP/Vendor Fulfillment Review, and Vendor Selection

* Coordinate with outsourcing vendors/DOP for candidate supply and fulfillment.
* Monitor vendor performance (quality, speed, and quantity).

4. Reporting & Monitoring

* Track daily and monthly recruitment progress and maintain updated reports (pipeline, hiring status, fulfillment).
* Monitor attrition and replacement needs.
