About the roleWe're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and support our Salesforce platform — keeping our data clean, our workflows reliable, and our teams able to actually use the system day to day.

Responsibilities• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform: user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and flows • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders across the business • Monitor data integrity — deduplication, data cleansing, and routine audits • Provide first-line troubleshooting and technical support to end users • Manage system upgrades and test new Salesforce releases before rollout • Document processes, configuration changes, and internal training materials • Deliver onboarding and training sessions for new users • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into workable Salesforce solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Success) on their Salesforce needs
