Our innovative approach has supported organisations across Ireland, the UK and the UAE.  The successful candidate will work as a Salesforce Administrator, responsible for managing and optimising Salesforce platforms to support both internal users and client environments.   Responsibilities  • Configure and maintain Salesforce, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and reports 

• Manage user administration, including user setup, roles, profiles and permissions 

• Provide day-to-day user support and issue resolution 

• Support Salesforce implementations and enhancement projects 

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements 

• Collaborate with Consultants and Developers to deliver system changes 

• Support data management activities including data imports, cleansing and validation 

• Assist in testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) 

• Maintain documentation including system configurations and process flows 

• Work towards achieving Salesforce Administrator and relevant certifications
