  • Serve as a strategic advisor by asking thoughtful questions to uncover the "what" and "why" behind a request, rather than taking requirements at face value.
  • Translate business challenges into clear, high-level solution recommendations that a Salesforce Administrator or developer can build and configure.
  • Analyze Salesforce data to uncover trends, define executive dashboard requirements, and provide actionable business insights.
  • Continuously evaluate platform utilization and recommend new capabilities and process improvements that maximize Salesforce's value.
  • Collaborate across teams and with the Salesforce Administrator to ensure recommended solutions support both current business needs and long-term growth.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and proactively flag enhancements that could benefit the organization, without needing to implement them personally.

You have:

  • University degree or requisite professional certification
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, or other go-to-market teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.
  • Experience evaluating business processes and defining solution requirements for a Salesforce platform (without necessarily building them yourself).
  • Experience defining executive-level reporting and dashboard requirements that drive decision-making.
  • Ability to balance an understanding of technical possibilities with business priorities, and to influence stakeholders through thoughtful, well-framed recommendations.
  • Comfort working closely with Salesforce Administrators or developers, handing off clear requirements and staying engaged through delivery.
