Location: This position is onsite at the Flint Service Center located in Flint, Michigan. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate.
General Summary of Responsibilities
The Scheduler is responsible for the coordination, scheduling and support of daily work and planning of resources specific to the assigned business unit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform business unit tasks, including reporting, action steps, identifying training needs, and creating standards.
- Support urgent matters following unit procedures, such as handling escalations and monitoring volume.
- Use systems to track work, process orders, review data, and adjust schedules as needed; some roles require detailed data analysis.
- Communicate according to unit protocols with supervision, field operations, and support groups.
- Plan and coordinate daily activities, manage assignments, facilitate meetings, and forecast short-term needs.
- Perform other necessary duties as assigned.

- Technical proficiency with various systems.

Education and Experience
- Associate’s degree in a business or related field with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in scheduling or similar customer-facing work involving data and reports.
- OR High school diploma with at least four (4) years of experience in scheduling or similar customer-facing work involving data and reports.
