Your role in our team
As our new Scrum Master, you will facilitate and continuously improve agile workflows within a cross-functional development team comprising software developers, software testers, and systems engineers operating in the security domain. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, priorities, and delivery objectives, enabling the team to operate efficiently and deliver high-quality results.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
As a Scrum Master, you will be involved in various stages in the project life cycle ensuring that the development is done according to the agile workflow and key milestones are delivered on time. You will be responsible for implementing and fostering an agile workflow in the team and prioritize the backlog with key stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities include:

- Facilitating agile workflow (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
- Coaching team members on agile principles while fostering safe space for experimentation and encouraging constructive feedback loops.
- Maintain and prioritize backlog of the team and align the prioritization with stakeholders.
- Support the team in breakdown and refinement of tasks.
- Identifying and removing blockers that stop the team from delivering value.
- Maintain Jira dashboards, structures, and boards to facilitate execution and planning.
Bring your world class expertise into play
We are seeking a Scrum Master with experience in leading interdisciplinary development teams and with strong stakeholder management. Experience as a Scrum Master is preferred and motivation to support the development of the team is essential.
Furthermore, you are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who has:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably within Engineering, Administration, or related technical discipline
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Project Manager
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence)
- Strong communication skills across roles and organizational levels
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with agile practices and frameworks.
- Certification as a Scrum Master is an advantage (e.g., CSM or PSM)
