As part of a team of over 900, you will be encouraged to learn and to grow, both professionally and personally.    About the role   An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Scrum Master to join our team at Davy. In the role, the successful candidate will:  • Drive Agile delivery and culture, supporting multi-disciplinary teams in delivering with adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework, and coaching team members and wider stakeholders on Agile best practice and mind-set 

• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retros etc.) and proactively identify, track and resolve blockers impacting delivery, working collaboratively across squads, the wider organisation and third parties as required 

• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well refined with clear priorities, enable allocation of backlog activities across the squad and provide transparency on deliver progress, risk and outcomes 

• Champion Agile ways of working, governance, standards and tooling
